These terms apply when you browse or use sunilmusician.co.uk (the “Site”), operated by Sunil Swaroop. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site shares information about Sunil Swaroop’s music, performances and booking enquiries. Content is for general information. It is not a binding offer to perform until a booking is confirmed in writing.

2. Intellectual property

Music, recordings, photographs, text, logos and design on this Site belong to Sunil Swaroop or the relevant rights holders. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, download for redistribution, scrape, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except where the law allows (for example fair dealing).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse forms (spam, abusive messages, or false details)
• attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site or related systems
• use automated tools to harvest content or contact details in bulk

4. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or embed third-party services such as Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music or social platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for their content or practices.

Enquiries and performances are also subject to the Booking terms once we discuss an event.

I may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when I do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also benefit from mandatory protections in your place of residence.
